Algo-Trading QA / Investment Bank / Contract / London

My client within investment banking is looking for an experienced technical QA / Tester with a deep knowledge of a Algorithmic Trading for a long term contract opportunity.

This role will be leading the testing function for an in-house algo trading platform to allow the developers to continue building. The system is built in C++ and the long term goal is move towards automation testing. You will be responsible for the continual QA/testing of the trading platform and releases. The lessons learnt from issues caught and resolved should feed back into the requirements; design and analysis process to design out or reduce issues going forwards.

Client is looking for the following skill set and desirable:

* Significant banking QA experience

* Equities business knowledge

* Deep understanding of algo trading

* C++ desirable

* FIX desirable

* Automation testing desirable
