Planner/Senior Planner - Heavy Civils/Earthworks - Birmingham

One of the UK's most reputable contractors operating nationwide has an exciting opportunity for a Heavy Civils Planner/Senior Planner to join their team in Birmingham.

Our client, a top tier contractor is seeking for a Planner/Senior Planner with a Heavy Civils background to work on a major framework based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a strong company who show care about their staff and always look at how they can help their team grow and develop.

Key Requirements

The ideal Planner/Senior Planner should:

* Must Have 5 years' experience as a Heavy Civils/Earthworks Planner/Senior Planner

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Ability to manage multiple projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities

* Be able to managing budgets and project resources

* Have experience working schemes such as; bridges, heavy civils, highways, piling, archaeology, ecology, houses/roads demolition

* Be able to use Primavera P6 computer software for developing detailed design

* Must have relevant UK experience

* Full UK Driving Licence.

As a successful Heavy Civils Planner/Senior Planner you will have the opportunity to undertake a varied workload on site and in-office, contributing on tenders, live construction planning and assisting in the delivery of a variety of heavy civils maintenance projects within the framework.

Remuneration

Our client is willing to pay the ideal Planner/Senior planner £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits such as; company car/allowance, pension, health care, 25 days holiday.
