Cost Engineer / Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Cost Manager / Senior Quantity SurveyorPERMANENT - FULL TIMEQuantity Surveying Position - Contractor - West Yorkshire - £30,000 - £40,000 - Interview slots available todayThe organisation are main contractor servicing different sites across Yorkshire, the North East and North West working within multiple disciplines including but not limited to Residential and Commercial projects. They are looking to hire a Project Quantity Surveyor to work closely underneath the Commercial Director and alongside the current Project Quantity Surveyor on up to 5 live sites.The role is as follows:- Overall cost management of multiple projects- Review claims and chase sub-contractors- Take offs and Measurements- Assist Site Manager in the management of sub-contractors- Place sub-contractor orders- Provide CVRs and Valuations to Commercial Director- Hands on management of projectsThey are ideally looking for someone with the following background:- Experience across multiple disciplines across the Construction Industry- Excellent knowledge of the cost management of a project- Experience working in a team or alongside quantity surveyors on site- Some knowledge of take offs and measurements- Preferably degree educated or hold equivalent qualificationIdeally they are looking to pay a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits including a company car allowance.They are looking to line up interviews from as early as this afternoon and the interview process is usually a one stage process with the Commercial Director to run through your experience and a little more about the opportunity.Please can you send me an up-to-date CV and I will give you a call to discuss further.I look forward to hearing from you, I am reachable on 0121 389 5092 or 0121 389 5100.Commutable from, Leeds, York, Bradford, Bury, Huddersfield, Pudsey, Wetherby, Wakefield, Harrogate
