PMO (German speaking)

Our client, a well-respected Swiss banking institution, is recruiting for an experienced PMO, to assist in the successful delivery of a global AML programme for the Private Bank.

This is a 6 month contract position.

Start date is ASAP

Tasks

* Support of the project planning and individual work streams

* Creation of concepts

* Planning and management of deliverables

* Task management

* Adherence to deadlines

* Working closely with the Streamleader and PMO Manager

* Organising and conducting workshops and meetings

* Supporting the set up and organisation of training

* Preparing and managing colleague's assignments for Switzerland and abroad

Requirements

* 3-5 Year's work experience in a PMO function

* Strong experience specifically related to project management in banking or compliance

* Solid experience working with MS-Office (Excel and Access)

* Solid presentation and reporting experience

* Strong understanding of data analysis

* Fluent English and German (Both C1 Level as a minimum)
