ICT Operations Manager - £40000 - Birmingham

This is a Fantastic opportunity to really put your stamp on your career.You will be very heavily involved in the day to fay running of the IT department, managing projects and staff.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Lead IT Operations team

* Monitor, motivate and improve service teams against agreed KPI's to meet SLA's

* Identify and lead the migration to best practice, sharing best practice, develop / create / share process model(s)

* Ensure the IT operations team adopt the standards of issue and request management and drive the service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics. a

* Ensure all key IT operations processes are value stream mapped with supporting SOP documentation in conjunction with functional business partners

* Project manage the IT operations deployment matrix and portfolio of projects including

- PC and network ageing and replacement policy adherence

- Site DR plans and back-up solutions

- User on-boarding, off-boarding and data retention standards

- User productivity improvements including O365, Skype and many more best in class Enterprise productivity solutions

Technical skills and Qualifications:

* Certified Service Management ITIL with solid experience in delivering outstanding customer service

* Leading change management and delivery of best practice, best cost, pan European IT operations in a manufacturing environment

* Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean/Kaizen qualified -Advantageous
