Programme Manager - West Midlands - 3 Month Contract

* Program management/program planning/change management/risk management/capital and budget management. National Health Service / Non for Profit / Healthcare

Program Manager required for Computer People's non profit client based in the West Midlands for an initial 3 month contract with interviews being held at the beginning of next week.

Scope of work:

* Manage the development and delivery of transformational facilities through out the UK, working with geographic service teams and in partnership with 3rd Work with Quality Program Manager to implement the department's knowledge management system in project development practice. Managing 10 direct reports which will consist of PMs, Architects, Admin and other professionals.

Required experience

* Excellent staff management skills

* Recent experience of change management

* Technical construction background but at senior management level not as a practitioner. (Definitely not an Architect, QS or similar unless you have been working in a senior management role recently).

* Understanding of the role of 'intelligent client' /commissioning and stakeholder engagement

* Thorough understanding of risk management, programme planning , change management capital budgets/budget control, quality improvement

* Able to start at the beginning of July

Helpful to have:

* Health, Social Care, or third sector experience but not essential.
