Engineering Team Lead (Aerospace)

£50,000 circa + Technical Development + Progression

Excellent opportunity for a project manager or team leader from Aerospace to join a world leading design contractor, offering unparalleled technical development and the chance to work on pioneering design projects.

This company work in partnership with the biggest names in the Aerospace industry, designing and developing products to client specification. Having currently secured a high profile project to design a brand new actuation system, they require an engineer from aerospace to lead the team, and beyond this to progress within the company assisting on further key projects.

In this role you will be the go to technical point of contact, liasing with the client and acting as main representative for the company and the project. You will technically guide team members throughout the design process and play a key part in efficiency and success of an updated controller system.

If you are an aerospace engineer with electronic design experience looking for a varied technical role with specialised development and clear routes of progression, and are keen to work alongside blue-chip clients with a global industry leading firm, then this is the role for you.

The Role:

-Engineering Team Lead

-Leading small team on actuation system design

-Key representative for the project and company

-Liasing with Project Manager and Client from start to completion of design process

The Candidate:

-Must have DO254 and DO160 (aerospace critical standards)

-Team Leader or Project Management Experience

-Degree in Electronic Engineering or Avionics is IDEAL but by no means ESSENTIAL
