Setting Out Engineer - Housing Projects

Leeds (Covering West Yorkshire)

£25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Car + Pension + Life Assurance + Progression

Position for a Setting Out Engineer looking to be involved in some very prestigious high budget housing projects and developments.

Here is a great opportunity to join a very well established leading organisation within a role with responsibility, respect and autonomy.

The Company itself has been established for over 40 years and are a specialist property developer that are responsible for some of the largest developments across the UK. Due to some high budget project underway they are looking to bring on a new Setting Out Engineer to cover the West Yorkshire region.

In the role you will be responsible for setting out the groundworks for House Foundations, Drives, Boundaries, etc. for some very high budget housing development projects. You will liaise with the site manager all aspects of setting out with regards to plots, earthworks, drainage and infrastructure works.
