Are you an experienced Service Co-Ordinator? Do you want to work for an ambitious company with future progression available?

This company is a specialist in their field and has developed their success and customer base from scratch by really understanding a client's needs and providing fully tailored mechanical and electrical solutions to businesses who suffer with pollution issues whether it be air pollution or water pollution i.e. water suppliers.

Operating in a niche field has meant they have become a go to company for a number of well-known businesses who require specialist pollution equipment and machinery, As a result they have expanded quickly and will continue to do so by acquiring new and existing contracts along with a view to tap into new sectors with their bespoke approach.

In this role you will be required to obtain orders and authorisations, organise jobs and services, open and close service jobs, order parts and materials, send reports and documentation, deal with customers and clients over the telephone and utilise your skill with spreadsheets to ensure that all work is organised and completed efficiently.

This role would ideally suit an individual with a background in service coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate at all levels, have skills with Microsoft Office, and have a strong desire to progress within a growing company.

The Role:

* Open and close jobs

* Organise engineers to client locations

* Order parts and materials

* Organise future jobs and services for engineers

* £25,000-£30,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits

* 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

The Person:

* Good Communication Skills

* Good Computer Skills

* Good Telephone Manner

* Must live in commutable distance to Sevenoaks
