An opportunity has come up for a PMO Administrator to join a leading UK bank. The PMO will be supporting a regulatory reporting programme that is currently underway. The successful candidate will have PMO administrator experience in the Financial Services.
This role is based in London on an initial 6 month contract and a daily rate £200-£250.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage change requests log
* Schedule and manage team meetings
* Assist the PMO with Group Reporting deadlines
* Assist the PMO with the coordination of recruitment for the programme
* Manage project Sharepoint site
* Support creation and maintenance of project documentation
* Minute taking in project meetings.
* Support wider project in administration activities and other requests
Functional Knowledge
* Able to produce high quality documentation
* Demonstrates willingness to learn and keen attitude
IT Skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g.; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)
