We are looking for a talented Delivery Team Lead to join our Electronic Trading Team based in our Halifax office.

What being the Delivery Team Lead with SSP will involve:

The Delivery Team Lead reports in to the Development Manager and will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of projects. The team consists of Analysts, Testers, and Developers. Your role will be to plan and manage the delivery of projects from requirements to release in an Agile/Iterative environment. You will be responsible for managing teams, assessing individual and team performance and operating as an effective role model - demonstrating behaviours and maintaining standards that are expected of everyone within the department. You will also operate as a Project Manager on smaller projects, responsible for building plans, tracking progress and managing risks and issues. If production problems occur, you’ll respond efficiently and effectively to address issues and will be responsible for communication between the team and both internal and external 3rd parties. You will quickly identify risks and issues and report accordingly and prior to customer releases, ensure quality and final sign-off/approval is achieved.

Based in our Halifax offices, there will be travel across the UK with ad hoc requirements to undertake international travel.
