Are you a land surveyor looking for the opportunity to drive your CPD and work on diverse property development projects with an expanding building design consultancy?

They are a property services, design and maintenance company with a joint venture relationship with city/county councils. In this role you will provide a land surveying service, undertaking inspections and surveys using traditional and electronic methods. In this varied role there is a mix between site and office based duties. While setting out new boundaries and easements, you will prepare site records and lead site investigations.

The ideal applicant will be from a land surveying background and looking for training and career progression in an expanding award winning company.

*Setting out new boundaries, undertake site inspections and land surveys

*Undertake surveys using electronics and traditional methods

*Verify deeds and land certificates, locate boundary features
