A Business Analyst with excellent experience working within digital banking is required by my client, who is a top tier investment bank based in London, to work on their large agile transformation programme.

The business analyst will be working as part of a, executive sponsored, bank wide programme aimed at improving efficiency in their digital work stream. As the programme is using agile methodology, it is important that the role holder has experience working in an agile environment; preferably from a large global bank. The role will have exposure to a number of stakeholders globally, as a result of this the role holder will need excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The role will be creating MVPs in its digital work stream, thus experience in digital products and propositions will be needed. Prior exposure to IT related projects is required and a software development background would be advantageous.
