Title: Implementation Support Co-ordinator -Mobile Technology

Location: Manchester

Salary: up to £26,500 + car allowance + bonus + benefits

Exciting technology company, providing innovative mobile technology solutions for the Healthcare and retail sectors, is looking to hire a further Implementation Support Co-ordinator.

The Implementation Support Coordinator will be working collaboratively with the Implementation, Technical Development and Business Development teams in both internal and real-world deployment

scenarios to ensure that customer and client expectations are exceeded.

Areas of responsibility include:

Pre-sales:

- Assist with the demonstration and presentation of services at client sites

- Build relationships with key stakeholders via on-site activity and phone/email communication

- Assist with the creation of functional specifications for any new services required to meet client needs

- Assist with the creation of proposals and contracts to secure deals

Implementation:

This will be key to ensure positive client engagement, high service adoption and delighted customers

- Create and agree implementation, communication plans and success criteria with key stakeholders

- Be the 'go to' person for the client through all stages of implementation

- Be the 'product advocate', to ensure positive engagement through the use of appropriate communication collateral, discovery meetings, face to face briefings and any 'user

engagement' schemes that become available

- Coordinate the physical technical implementation of the service at client sites

- Keep proper records of activities as they are completed to demonstrate the current state of

the testing plan and when the process is complete

- Assist with any necessary documentation to secure user acceptance and payment

Post-sales:

- Be the first port of call for any client support issues, coordinating with our technical team as

appropriate

Development support:

- Regular visits to test sites to carry out testing of the solution on behalf of the development team, helping them to further improve core system accuracy, resilience and test the performance of new features

Marketing:

- Creation and management of a database of client contacts

- Assist with the development of case studies to demonstrate the quantitative and qualitative benefits of the service

- Assist with the creation of sales collateral

- Keep abreast of market/client news to ensure we are well informed on opportunities

- Assist with events/exhibitions/demonstration days, as required

Essential skills and experience:

- Excellent people and presentation skills

- Experienced in project management

- Proven ability to take on new technical skills

- Proven ability to analyse data on a regular basis

- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders

- Good MS Office and computer skills

Requirements:

- Ability to travel around the UK, with frequent overnight stays at short notice

- Ability to travel, for short periods of time, to other territories to support projects

- Due to the nature of the client environment, DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks will be required
