You will be responsible for devising strategy and leading the growth and development of the organisation's Digital Marketing plan.

The charity are going through a really sustained period of growth towards Digital and this will give you the perfect platform to progress and develop. You will have the opportunity to really make a difference and have an instant impact within this forward thinking organisation!

Skills required for the Digital Marketing Manager are:

* Active personal commitment to the Christian Faith

* Understanding of UX/UI practices to improve the User Journey

* Experience in driving change from Web Analysis reporting

* Previous line management experience (highly advantageous)

* Ability to work closely with various stakeholders

Salary: £38,000-£45,000 + Excellent Benefits
