Test Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
* Providing professional practice leadership to the T&V team.
* Provide Authorative guidance in T&V tools, techniques and procedures to less experienced members of team and others as required.
* Lead the continuing refinement and implementation of the T&V Strategy, drawing on other team members to do so.
* Produce, or oversee the production of, test approaches, plans and other test artefacts and their agreement with stakeholders.
* Provide T&V management services to other projects as assigned.
* Provide expert consultancy services to projects and ICT teams in general.

Qualifications/ Experience Required:
* Proven track record of testing applications and infrastructure.
* Defining test strategies and approaches.
* Test Assurance.
* Management of test team staff and other test resources.
* HP ALM (Quality Centre)
* SFIA Testing Level 5
* Testing SOA (Desirable)
* ISQTB Advanced Test Management (Desirable)
