Lead Dynamics CRM Architect (Financial Services) - Up to £110k + benefits + share options

A leading and highly decorated Microsoft SI required an accomplished Dynamics CRM Technical Architect to spearhead their Financial Services delivery team.

You'll provide industry-leading consultancy services and, using your expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Stack technologies, you'll design and build world class solutions for your clients.

You will:

*Provide pre-sales support in the form of demonstrations, presentations and contributing to proposals.

*Participate in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer's business requirements to leading a team that will build the solution to meet the customer's needs.

*Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.

*Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and wider Microsoft stack and evaluate the customer's business processes and business requirements.

*Participate in documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.

*Ensure quality assurance and quality control are maintained through documentation review, code review and proper testing (unit, system & system integration).

You'll work on enterprise and upper mid-market projects and will avoid all of the red tape and bureaucracy that comes with working for a big corporate organisation - this company certainly isn't that.

You'll start in a Lead Position and will be one of the first strategic hires into this newly formed division of the business. With the growth plans already in place, there will be a lot of scope for you to progress into more of a strategic-level role in future, should you wish to go down that path.

There will be a package on offer in the region of £80-110k as well as an industry-leading benefits package. There will also be potential for share options for senior employees.
