Dynamics AX Support Analyst, Manchester, £35k + Training/ Certs

The Requirement:

An experienced, Dynamics AX support analyst, with with 1-2 years functional support experience surrounding AX implementations.

The company:

A well established, award winning, global ERP solution provider, with a strong reputation for providing high quality ERP solutions, based on Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

- Providing 1st/ 2nd line Dynamics AX Support to my clients customer implementations

- Troubleshooting system issues through to resolution

- Providing remote/ on-site customer support

Suitable candidates will be able to offer:

- 1 to 2 years Dynamics AX support analysis experience

- Strong, functional knowledge of Dynamics AX (version 2009, 2012, 7.0)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This role is based in state of the art offices in Manchester. You will have the opportunity to travel to customer site to support clients face to face within the role.

Salary and Benefits:

Basic salary up to £35,000

25 Days Holiday + Bank
