2nd Line IT Support Team Leader

Dartford

Up to £35,000 + benefits

My client, a market leader in their field is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Team Leader to join a team that supports and who is responsible for providing support for IT server and infrastructure queries. As the 2nd Line IT Support Team Leader you will work within a service desk environment where you will deliver effective and efficient operational capability.

In addition you will attend incidents and problems (reactive and proactive) responding to any faults which require an on-site presence or lengthy investigation, area to be confirmed however UK travel may be expected.

As the 2nd Line IT Support Analyst you will possess the following skills and experiences:-

*Maintaining and administrating Microsoft server operating Systems (Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012)

*Microsoft Exchange server support across a multi site environment. (Exchange 2003, 2010, 2013)

*Active Directory and Group Policy deployment.

*Virtual Server Environments (VMWare)

*WAN / LAN environment

*Networking / Firewall Fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN's, DNS, DHCP and VPN etc.)

*IT/Data Security policies and procedures and reporting/escalating any non-adherence.

Your application would hold a distinct advantage if you possess experience in the following areas:-

*Outsourcing and relationship management experience.

*Microsoft Certified (MCSA, MCSE, MCTS,MCITP)

*ITIL Foundation Certified

*Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) experience
