1st Line Support - Service Desk Analyst

*Please note - this role includes Shift Patterns, working on a weekend every 5 weeks*

We are looking for a 1st Line Support - Service Desk Analyst to join our reputable technology solutions company to be responsible for providing 1st Line Support to our impressive client base, while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting the demands of SLA's.

As a 1st Line Support - Service Desk Analyst you will be working as part of a small, dynamic, close-knit team. Being a 1st Line Support - Service Desk Analyst means:

* Having experience of supporting both technical (Windows 7/8, Active Directory) and Hardware (Desktop/Laptops/Tablets).

* Liaising with 3rd party suppliers.

* Update documentation.

* Call escalation.

* Liaising with internal/external stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers.

* Providing the best level of customer service.

* Exposure to supporting networks (systems and Servers) will be beneficial although not essential.

As a Service Desk Analyst (1st Line) my client can offer a structured career path into many areas including, team leads, 2nd / 3rd Line with fantastic training provided!

Skills / Responsibilities required for a Service Desk Analyst (1st Line):

* Excellent customer service skills both on the phone and face to face.

* Previous experience in IT/helpdesk role 1st Line.

* Show previous experience working with Windows 7/8, Office and Active Directory (creating new accounts and mailboxes, account re-sets).

* Previous experience supporting Networks beneficial (Systems / Servers)

* Strong problem-solving skills with driven, pro-active attitude.

* Be prepared to work one in five weekends to support the client and the nature of the job.

*As the role involves working one in five weekends, some flexibility to do this is essential*

Service Desk Analyst (1st Line):

Salary: £19-25k (depending on experience) + benefits
