Excellent role on offer for an Engineer looking to work for a well-established market leading company where you will receive extensive training to become a technical expert in this specialist field.

Are you a good communicator with a background in mechanical or marine engineering? Are you looking to share your expertise and become a leading technical support engineer within a specialist industry?

This company design and manufacture rubber pipe and hose systems to a worldwide customer base that includes international naval and civilian customers. Operating for over 50 years, the company has grown form strength to strength and has just moved into a new facility with double capacity to support the company's extensive growth. A vacancy has arisen as a result of this expansion for someone to come on board to an established team in the company where you will have exceptional career support.

In this role you will be required to visit existing and new customers offering technical support and testing services. Developing a technical understanding of the company's products you will promote new products through technical presentations and assessing sales potentials.

The role would therefore suit an engineer who is looking to join an internationally operating business with extensive training to become a technical expert. Having knowledge or being from the Marine industry is advantageous.

The Role;

* Visit existing and new customers offering technical support

* Develop technical presentations

* Inspect customer products and recommend change where appropriate

* Manage work orders, documentation and technical requests

The Person;

* Technical Support Engineer

* Mechanical Engineering experience, Marine experience advantageous

* Excellent IT skills
