This job will suit an experienced BO & BI Business Intelligence Analyst, looking for a company with excellent staff retention, offering excellent career development opportunities. You will works closely with IT & business teams, understanding business requirements and using data to make sound decisions. Strong BI and SAP Business Objects exp is essential. Duties & responsibly of the BI Analyst include;

* Ensuring data is accurate, reliable & easily available

* Training & Educating users in proper use of reporting tools / using data as an analytical tool

* Determine requirements & define KPI

* Develop BI/Data Warehouse strategy, design, document dashboards, alerts & reports.

* Analyse functional processes & requirements, develop business cases, support process changes

* Support interactions between Integration & Operating Systems

* 2nd/3rd line support for the IT Service Desk around systems

* Test and implement new software

You will have excellent communication skills, be highly analytical in your approach, have a strong technical understanding & the ability to work with technical & non technical users and teams across the business.
