NETWORK ENGINEER / NATO / DV CLEARED / CCNP / LAN/WAN / ITIL / BELGIUM / IMMEDIATE START

LOCATION: MONS (BELGIUM)

CLEARANCE: DV CLEARED / COSMIC TOP SECRET

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Industry certification from Cisco to CCNP level.

Over 4 Years experience in Security & configuration management of digital networks and associated transmission systems to include switching systems in support of data, voice and video.

Basic knowledge of database, experience in configuration management, change management & incident management processes within an ITIL organisation.

Knowledge of network routing & switching technologies with basic knowledge of C2 (Command & control) systems. Good knowledge of recent technological developments in communication management systems and LAN/WAN environment.

Experience of preparing technical documentation and standard operating procedures, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

DUTIES:

Receive & manage the incoming connection requests.

Capture the network service requirements on the common database.

Update the service configuration.

Release the circuit and service orders and follow their implementation.

interface to the CIS community for service configuration and the request management issues.

Support the NCI Agency NSII network services fulfilment cell in the daily work related to service configuration and management support.

Update existing or create new documentation for the maintained solutions e.g drawings, standard operating procedures, user guides.

Provide on the job training.

Provide exercise support throughout NATO territory.
