2nd/3rd line support engineer with experience HyperV, Windows, cabling & patching, SCCM, Active Directory/Group Policy and strong experience supporting to a 2nd/3rd line level.

Chepstow

3 Month Rolling Contract

£150 - £220 Per Day (Dependant on Experience)

The client is one of the largest names in the UK, as well as having an enormous global footprint and incredible name in their industry. Due to the high demand within IT and the pace their industry and sites work to the client currently requires a contractor to come on board and take on the slack.

You will need strong experience working to a 2nd/3rd line level as well as experience supporting technologies such as Windows 7/10, Virtualisation, Active Directory/Group Policy and basic networking such as cabling and patching. Also any experience supporting SAP or Malware would be greatly beneficial. You will also need to be on call (remotely) when not in the office working on a rota with the other engineers as the warehouses and factories are running 24/7 which will receive extra pay whether there are call outs or not.
