The role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant will see you build your own accounts from scratch and develop them into lucrative incomes, whilst receiving continuous training and progression prospects built solely on your targets being met. Within a 1 year period for the most ambitious and exceptional candidates it is possible to go from a trainee to a manager and is purely down to whether you have the ambition, ability to learn, resilience and commercial aptitude to achieve this. General day to day activities will include taking on Engineering and Technical jobs from clients (existing and new), writing adverts, searching jobs, interviewing candidates and arranging interviews. Despite being Bristol based our operation is a UK wide organisation, but based from one location, which means there is no limits or relocation needed to progress as everything is from one site.

The Role & Person

*No experience needed - Full training provided

*Need to be driven and want to succeed

*£15,000 - £18,000 basic + Commission

*Earning potential - 1st year £40,000, 2nd year £60,000, 3rd year onwards £100,000+ 4th year onwards £250,000 upwards
