AX Support Manager- Netherlands

Salary - EUR3500-EUR4500 Bruto per maand (BPM)

Main Duties will include:

-Provide telephone and support to our customers

-Responsible for managing the support desk and delegating and coordinating the activities of the support staff

-Analyse incidents and changes in Dynamics AX and then solve them

-Assess the incident and discuss possible budget for solving the problem with the customer

-Provide good communication with our customers and also build relationships with our customers.

-Responsible for coaching the support staff providing their development

-Ensure reports and submit to the MT periodically

-Work with continuous improvements to the support desk

Key skills required:

-Experience with Dynamics AX in a supporting role as an application manager or consultant.

-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written fluency in Dutch and English

-Good analytical skills and highly creative In solving problems

-Good commercial understanding and acting out your role to both internal and external customers on a commercial basis.

The successful candidate will receive a salary in the range of EUR3500-EUR4500 Bruto per maand (BPM) depending on level of experience. In addition to this my client is offering;
