Test and Support Team Leader
£28,000 - £35,000 + Benefits, Training & Progression

Our client is a successful, established and fast growing SaaS solutions provider who are looking to expand the IT team based in Farnborough, Hampshire. The Support and Test Team Leader will be responsible for working alongside the support team to ensure the service meets agreed SLA'EUR™s as well as testing the application code for quality control purposes.
This will be a hands on position and would suit a candidate with experience working within testing and customer support positions who can implement testing processes into the team. You will carry out key planning and reporting functions for the team, organising and prioritising workloads and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with Director of Operations to prioritise and plan test activities as assisting with code releases.
* Builds and maintains a deep understanding of all products.
* Carrying out all types of testing activities as required during the software release cycle as well as taking support calls and responding to support email requests.
* Proactive in innovating the test process within the business.
* SLA/KPI Management to ensure client expectations are met.
* Maintaining all training and user documentation.
Key Skills/Requirements
* 2+ years working within software testing
* Customer support experience Â
* Team leadership experience
* Understanding of the full software lifecycle
