Development Support Analyst (SharePoint) - GBP30k - Location: Birmingham

My public sector client invests heavily in their IT systems and applications. They have recently signed off plans to remove all of their legacy systems and upgrade to the latest versions of SharePoint and MS CRM. Their IT team plays an integral role in the running of their organisation and they are looking to increase the headcount of their support and development teams.

Based in Birmingham, this is an excellent opportunity for IT Support Analysts with a good understanding of SharePoint administration and maintenance to join an organisation that would invest in your personal development.

My client is looking for candidates with strong 1st and 2nd line support skills and good understanding of maintaining SharePoint. Ideally you will have experience in:

*SharePoint (2010/ 2013/2016/Online)

*1st and 2nd line support (Windows Server, Active Directory etc.)

*Understanding of C# .NET

*Delivering excellent customer service

If you have knowledge of programming languages including .NET or C#, then you will have the opportunity to work alongside their talented development team and improve your own coding skills.
