Huawei OCS Developer

Our client are currently looking for an experienced Huawei OCS Developer to work on an initial 12 month contract at their site in London.

Applicants must have the following skills:

Specialist Knowledge

-Experience of developing mobile telephony product catalogue, accounts and billing systems.

-Detailed knowledge and experience of 3GPP Mobile core architecture and signaling flows.

-Detailed knowledge and experience of 3GPP OCS standards

-Experience of using OCS in PCCA architectures

-Experience of configuring and working with Huawei OCS and other network components

-Good ORACLE SQL and P-SQL

-Good UNIX and UNIX shell/scripting.

Industry Experience

-Business and requirements analysis

-Product Catalogue design

-Change Management & testing

-Must be able to work to tight timescales and manage own time effectively.

Skills

-Communication - ability to develop and present recommendations. Credible to wider IS department and senior management

-Relationship management - ability to develop and maintain effective relationships within and outside the department
