Application Support Analyst

Java or Oracle or CRM Application

£24,000 - £28,000

A well-known company in the security industry are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join its support team based in Bury Saint Edmunds. You will be providing application support to end users that are using bespoke security software products. The Application Support Analyst will ideally have a strong IT background within application support of any software, Ideally Java, Oracle or CRM Applications. Ideally the Application Support Analyst will have a passion for problem solving and dealing with customers.

Required experience;

* Application support / bespoke software support

* Java or Oracle or CRM applications (other software will be considered)

* Provide professional and responsive software support at all times

* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Excellent communication skills

Knowledge or experience in the following areas would be advantageous, but is not essential;

* ITIL

* BSc Computer Science or Similar

You will need to be eligible for Security Clearance for this role

Please note this role will be shift based work on a 1 in 4 rota. When you are security cleared you will be asked to do 24/7 shifts also on a rota basis - this will be compensated by a shift allowance and time in lieu.
