Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to work with our client, who have a global foothold, across sites between Milton Keynes and London, with the potential of occasional overseas travel. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work on a range of medium complexity projects, which will sit in the construction, estates and security area of the business portfolio.

This will be a 12 month contract, with a daily rate between £400-£435 per day.

Our client is looking for a project manager, ideally at a mid to senior level, who has previously led projects in a construction and estates setting. This role will include a few medium complexity projects at once, with a range in budgets up to £2 million utilising Prince 2 methodologies and project tracking with MS Project. You will be assessing and mitigating project risk across your project portfolio, within a highly secure environment, sharing your knowledge of regulatory and legislative controls with more junior staff members. This role will suit a project manager with a customer focus, who has experience in secure construction or estates projects with knowledge of procurement and contract administration.

Essential Skills:

*Strong project management background, with experience of delivering multiple medium complexity projects at once with a range in budgets

*Background in construction, estates or physical security projects

*Understanding of construction contract management and procurement

*Excellent communication skills with a customer focus

*Willing to travel between Milton Keynes, London and potentially overseas

*Prince 2 or MSP qualified

*SC or DV cleared, previous clearance will be considered
