Technical Consultant (Workspace/Azure), London, £65,000

One of Europe's largest cloud specialists are actively seeking an enthusiastic Workspace Consultant to join an ambitious and successful team; working with some of the world's leading companies in assisting them to migrate legacy systems to the Cloud.

Engaging in activities across a number of industry sectors and working closely in collaboration with other internal practices, projects typically include hybrid Exchange deployments, Active Directory upgrades and hybrid identity.

What will you be doing?

As well as technical engineering excellence, candidates must possess the highest level of presentation, communication and professionalism.

*Provide technical and project leadership

*Responsible for scoping required functionality with clients

*Design, engineer and implement agreed solutions

*Work closely with clients, proactively defining areas for improvement.

What skills should you have

*Technical knowledge in some of the following; Desktop/App delivery, profile management, Active Directory & Identity, Desktop Security.

*Familiarity with PowerShell and/or C# Scripting.

*Understanding of infrastructure concepts, network, storage, servers, hypervisors

Desirable Skills:

*Knowledge of Azure or similar Cloud Platform

*Knowledge of Office 365

The position is London based and will occasionally involve travel to Client site. You will be working alongside some of the finest professionals in the market. The company take a considerable interest in the wider market and are frequent attendees and speakers at conferences both domestic and international. Once you are in place; expect to have the opportunity to be part of this.
