The Mosaic Developer will give advice and guidance to my client on future development to Mosaic. They will also develop and promote changes through the environments following the Change Management Process.

This role will also manage all major and minor upgrades to Mosaic, liaising with the 3rd party (Servelec CoreLogic).

The Mosaic Developer will act as a 3rd line support for the Mosaic support team. Helping 1st and 2nd line with and queries, problems or major incidents. All Support calls are monitored by very challenging KPI's and PI's.

They will create any knowledge documents that have yet to be created, and also make sure that the Mosaic knowledge base is kept up to date.

The Mosaic Developer will report to the Applications Support and Development Manager. They will be sat initially with the LCC Mosaic team as we work together to stabilise and develop Mosaic. We have to have a very close relationship with the LCC Mosaic team and the 3rd party.

Core duties and responsibilities:

*Develop and promote all Mosaic enhancements requested by the Business.

*Liaise with the 3rd party about installing and developing any major and minor upgrades.

*Create and update any knowledge documents within the Mosaic Knowledge Base.

*Advise LCC Business team in best practise on how to develop Mosaic.

*Support and advise 1st and 2nd line with any queries and major incidents

*Previous experience in Supporting and developing Mosaic within a Local Authority.

*Quick Learner, able to hit the ground running.

*ITIL Foundation Qualification.

Daily Rate £405 per day

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
