Support Analyst / Front Office Technical Support Engineer (Cash Equities Linux Oracle SQL Python). Global Tier 1 Investment Bank is seeking a senior IT Support Analyst (AD level) to support the European Cash Equities trading systems. Joining a small, dedicated team you'll ensure stability of the platform, be the first point of contact for the end user and conduct technical diagnosis of operational problems on development and production environments.

As a senior Support Analyst you'll pro-actively make technical recommendations, constantly seeking process improvement and automating wherever possible.

Requirements:

*Strong experience of supporting trading systems within the Cash Equities space

*Thorough understanding of the full Trade Lifecycle from Order Entry to Settlement

*Strong knowledge of Linux / UNIX and Windows

*Strong database knowledge including Oracle and SQL Sever

*Scripting skills with Python / Shell scripting

*FIX protocol support experience

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
