C++ Software Engineer / C++ Developer (Linux Daemons Bash Ubuntu Agile C / C++). Market leading Cyber Security and Encryption software house based in Central London is seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong C / C++ to join their growing team. As a C++ Software Engineer you will design and develop security software components within an embedded Linux environment from front to back end development, working across the full development lifecycle on a range of interesting projects for a diverse client portfolio (financial institutions to government defence organisations).

This is an excellent opportunity as a skilled C++ Software Engineer who has a real desire to work with security / encryption products and advance your career with a friendly and informal environment.

Requirements for Software Developer:

*C / C++ development experience

*Strong bash scripting - confident on the command line, know your way around files and devices

*Strong Linux including experience with Linux Daemons

*Familiar with Linux Distributions such as Ubuntu

*Team player with excellent communication skills, sense of humour!

*Eligible to gain basic level Security Clearance (i.e. UK / EEA national)

*Desirable: basic cryptology (encryption, signing, hashes, keys, certificates), Python, kernel / driver development
