Salary Dependant on Experience + Training + Progression + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday + 5% Pension + Travel

Are you an Electrical / Electronic Engineer with experience in the generator industry looking to become a Technical Support Engineer within a world-leading manufacturer who offer ongoing opportunities for training, technical progression and international travel?

This company are a market leading manufacturer of specialist electrical and electronic controls within the generator industry. They have been established for over 40 years and boast an outstanding reputation worldwide with offices across four continents alongside having recently invested in a new multi-million pound state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the UK.

You will be working from one of the North Yorkshire offices providing the in-house teams and external customers with technical support on a range of electronic generator controls equipment. You will work in a customer facing position providing support both face-to-face, over the telephone and via email as well as having the opportunity for regular UK and international travel.

This role would suit an Electrical / Electronic Engineer with experience in the generator industry looking to become a Technical Support Engineer within a truly global manufacturer who offer opportunities for training, technical development and the chance to travel.

The Role:

*Delivering technical support and training sessions to customers and the company's in-house teams via email, telephone and face-to-face.

*Preparing and developing the relevant documentation including manuals and training instructions.

*National and international travel.

The Person:

*An Electrical / Electronic Engineer with experience in the generator industry.

*Looking to become a Technical Support Engineer.
