CRM 3rd Line Support Analyst
A CRM 3rd Line Support Analyst is required to join a growing start up financial software company. The CRM 3rd Line Support Analyst will be required to join a diverse team of people, working alongside the developers and the rest of the support team.
This role will be involved around BAU and small change. The CRM 3rd Line Support Consultant will have access to the core products and the implementations and will be required to do coding.
Responsibilities
* Creating Plug-ins into MS Dynamics
* 3rd line support
* BAU & Small change development
* Building, configuring and maintaining servers
* Troubleshooting
Requirements
* CRM experience is essential (MS Dynamics)
* C# and.NET
* Experience in 3rd line support or being a developer
* 2:1 or above Degree in Computer Science
'Nice to have'
* Financial services experience
Salary: Up to £45,000
