Support and Implementation Analyst

Support and Implementation Analyst required to join a fintech start-up in the City of London that offers a range of buy-side treasury solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, cutting edge team with a number of international offices.

The Support and Implementation Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the company's treasury solution application, alongside the support of both in-house and remote clients. The company's products run on an MS Windows / MS SQL platform with web-interface.Support and Implementation Analyst Responsibilities:

* Investigation and troubleshooting of support queries, installation, configuration, integration, data conversion, scheduling of processes, automation, specification of custom requirements, system testing, user training and client communication.

* Working closely with clients to analyse reporting requirements

* Covering initial analysis of client requirements all the way through to system implementation, delivery and support

Skills/Experience required:

* 2 years commercial experience with SQL server

* Implementation/upgrade experience

* Strong support background

* Excellent root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills

* Experience of support and implementation within financial services

* University level degree

* Knowledge and understanding of full project lifestyle
