Service Management Analyst / Infrastructure Analyst

Globally renowned and award winning Financial Services company based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for a highly experienced Service Management Analyst / Infrastructure Analyst to join their IT team at their Midlands office.

The Service Management Analyst / Infrastructure Analyst will be part of a team who are responsible for the day-to-day support of the end user platforms such as remote access, virtual desktop, voice systems, email, collaboration and unified communications.

The main tasks are: monitoring and tracking activities, analysing issues, supporting the resolution of issues and conflicts and preparing reports and meetings. You will have knowledge of and experience in all relevant tools used in the Service Management environment.

You will need to posses technical skills in one of the following areas;

Desktop & Print:

*Citrix and RDP remote connections

*Citrix Xenapp and Citrix Xendesktop management and monitoring

*Microsoft Powershell / VB / Java / Python / .net / scripting

*Apple Mac / Macbook OS X troubleshooting, support, management and administration

*Apple Jamf (Casper)

*Network Firewalls / VPN (Juniper, Checkpoint)

Mobility & Remote Access:

*Acronis

*Android OS

*Apple iOS and corporate lock down controls iPhone iPad

*Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)

*Good for Enterprise and Blackberry Dynamics

*Citrix Netscaler

*Juniper IVE

*Microsoft Azure, Skype for Business and Office 365

*Mobile Device Manager (MDM)

*Mobileiron / Microsoft InTune

*Pulse Secure VPN

*RSA SecurID Authentication / RADIUS

*Windows Mobile

*Vodafone, Airtel

Server Operations:

*UNIX server management

*VMware VSphere and ESX

*Wyse Device Manager (WDM) / Dell thin client management

*Microsoft System Centre Config Manager patching and software deployment (SCCM)
