Senior Project Manager - SC Cleared

*Provide management oversight for Reporting Workstream.

*Peforming ad hoc project needs where required.

*Working to an agreed schedule.

*Drive quality and service improvements.

*May be required to work shift patterns.

*Working to a flexible schedule.

*Delivery of concise and accurate reporting to senior management using pre-defined templates and metrics.

*Management of resources in a matrix environment.

*Creation of Project schedules and PIDs.

*Create and follow requirement lists.

*Work under pressure.

*Willing to take on problems and resolve these.

*Commanding a team.

*Creation of clear and presentable reports.

*Professional experience in minimum: 5 years in project and programme management 5 years in people management.

*Previous experience in IT Migrations.

*Problem Solving.

*Knowledge of project and programme management methods, standards and tools; PMP cerfification preferred but not mandatory.

*Excellent communication skills, being able to chair and manage meetings on a daily basis.

*Professional experience in an operations environment achieving day to day delivery.

*Attention to detail and quick to react with a drive to achieve a successful outcome.

*Able to multi-task in a pressurised environment.

*Advanced Visio, MS Project and Excel skills.

*Strong analytical skills
