We are currently looking for an Operations Engineer within a dev ops environment, to work for an international worldwide client of us here in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This is a contract position for about 12 months.

Job description:

Within this DevOps/Ops team the company is searching for an Operations engineer. Are you passionate about the newest techniques? Then this assignment can be something for you.

Your responsibilities

* You have the responsibility to ensure delivery across end-to-end application chains.

* Your focus is on quality and continuously improve the products and processes.

* You will maintain and support the applications

* You will work according to ITIL processes, including incident, problem and change management

Your profile

* Min. 5. Years experience within a operations environment

* Working experience with SQL and Oracle

* Working experience with Agile/Scrum and DEV/OPS environments

* Working experience with Jenkins

* Working experience with version control systems

* Good insight in TIBCO or JAVA

* Experience with Unix and shell scripting

* Knowledge of ITIL processes

* Experience with configuration management
