A Top Tier Bank are recruiting for a Delivery Manager to work within their Retail Banking Arm on a long term contracting basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Impact Assess projects to understand Colleague/Customer impacts

* Projects will include Digital, Telephony, Branch and Core Mainframe transformation.

* Own colleague journey throughout programme

* Own Colleague Roadmap governance and engagement, supporting Project Change and implementation leads

* Work with projects to agree slot on UK Retail Banking Roadmap

* Manage any Roadmap conflicts and monitor changes to project plans

* Identify any package opportunities

* Report to multiple governance forums and align with operations

Key Skills and Essential Experience:

* Significant proven and progressive analytical, planning and project management experience within a technology or project management function or equivalent, including solid proven management experience or equivalent.

* Strong managerial, communications, project management, organisational, lateral thinking, strategic planning, analytical, mathematical, decision-making, interpersonal and leadership skills.

* Proven track record in leading and managing change within abanking organisation, particularly given the organisation's continually evolving nature

* Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders

* Comfortable working in a technical environment
