I am currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst for the most successful client of mine in Chester!
This business is the biggest and fastest growing in the North of the UK, they are recognised internationally, have offices up and down the UK and they are constantly expanding their teams.
They are a web ad mobile based business and have huge IT & Technology departments.
Particularly for this role you will be working beside the technology department in a core team of 10, reporting to the delivery lead to add value to delivering solutions for business and system requirements.
Within this role you will get to work across different brands and departments within the whole business!
You will be working in an agile environment recognising key requirements from stakeholders, gaining understanding of needs and product capabilities.
You will contribute to the analysis of what the business can achieve overall and within their IT department, communicate with key stakeholders to find out requirements for the business and their systems and define business benefits.
As the business analyst, you will be comfortable creating user stories from scratch, managing relationships will come naturally to you as will specifying acceptance criteria. It is essential that you are able to gauge a good understanding of your stakeholder requirements in order to outline and specify as well as analyse the project to hand.
You will be communicating and working with people across the business internally and externally, so great communication skills are essential for this role.
