Technical Consultant/Solution Architect in Reading

I'm looking for a Technical Consultant/Solution Architect to specialise in consulting and implementation of various technical aspects of delivering the cloud solution. Your focus will be around systems integration, workflow, scripting, application development and reporting analytics so you'll be required to come from a software development background and will have strong experience in a client facing/technical pre-sales role.

You will engage with customers to collect technical integration and solution requirements as well as attend customer sales calls to support technical integration and solution topics. You will engage in the customer support process to help with resolutions and provide customers with answers. You will also be involved with solution testing and documentation, reporting on daily responsibilities and attend meetings, sessions and other company events.

Skills and Experience Required

- 6+ Years' experience in a similar role (technical pre-sales).

- Technical knowledge (.NET, JavaScript, Node, Web Services, SQL).

- Presentation and customer relationships skills.

- Analytic and quantitative skills.

- Communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Engineering).

Daily Activities

- Attend team meetings, company meetings and product related training/meetings.

- Attend pre-sales and post-sales customer scoping calls to determine feasibility and level of effort for required solutions.

- Develop scope of work documents/estimates, solution requirements and design documents, solution summary documents as delivered, support documents.

- Design, consult with customers and implement & test system integrations, custom applications, or other automation solution using Telogis/Verizon platform tools.

- Product configuration, web service API config, visual workflow application designer, JavaScript, JSON, XML, Web services.

- Remote and on-site customer workshops to support scoping and design.

- Solution triage and support, research product bugs, creating cases, follow-up.
