IT Business Analyst General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Location: Vienna

SKILLS:
· Must-haves:
o Excellent knowledge in the area of General Data Protection Regulations, especially know-how in the area of the new General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679
o Concrete experience in implementation of organizational and technical measures in a Financial Institution (which is part of the Eurozone)
o Excellent banking business know-how (especially in the areas of corporate banking)
o Know-How of the national and European Banking Regulation Authorities and Data Protection Authorities
o Excellent communication and moderation skills - English fluent, German preferable, additional CEE language desirable
o Usage of End-User-Computing solutions in Financial Institutions
o Good MS Office expertise.
· Nice to have:
o Experience of other regulatory regulations concerning financial institutions (Mifid II, PSD 2, BCPS 239 etc.)
o CEE experience;
o Policy Making experience (how to formulate and codify group directives, bylaws, etc.);
o Practical experience in executing reconciliation tasks;
o Practical experience in performing data assembly, reconciliation and investigation tasks and facilitation of investigation process for items in need of clarification.
TASKS:
· Support Definition of GDPR related processes:
o Support Data Leakage Process
o Support Data Deletion Process (Functional Process Flow within the organization incl. IT-systems)
o Support Data Portability Process
· Support Definition of GDPR functional requirements for changes of affected IT-systems
· Analysis of interfaces between applications impacted by GDPR
· Support the definition and execution of the Privacy Impact Matrix (PIA):
o Definition of PIA questionnaire including GDPR relevant parameters
o Identification of privacy data relevant attributes
· Design of a Data Processing Inventory and functional requirements
o Review of existing tooling and definition of tool requirements
o Set-up of a Questionnaire for tool selection and selection criteria
o Outline selection criteria make vs. buy
· Review of existing Privacy, Information Security, Data Management and customer facing policies and operating model, review of existing processes and support the set-up of a Privacy policy
o Definition of new and enhancement of existing processes to be GDPR compliant
o Review of existing contracts and SLAs to ensure GDPR compliance
o Kick-off of a privacy manual/ cookbook to create awareness and highlight impact
