I am currently recruiting for an eCommerce Project Manager will play a key role in supporting them in their current and future online journey.
Ideal for someone with experience in delivering multiple complex eCommerce projects, this is a great opportunity to immediately deliver using existing skills and also further develop your knowledge on all aspects of eCommerce while working with small, expert and dynamic teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and co-ordinate internal and 3rd party teams to deliver the projects on the eComm roadmap to agreed scope, budget and timeline, acting as the liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams
* Mitigate risks, resolve issues/blockers, manage dependencies, and clarify assumptions
* Produce weekly project status reports for communication to stakeholders
* Produce, maintain and own high level and detailed project and programme level plans, as well as budgets and forecasts
* Manage all aspects of projects, from discovery/estimation, through to development, UAT, implementation, hypercare and post implementation review
* Work closely with business units to ensure business cases are produced, signed-off, and benefits realisation reviews are carried out
* Manage the OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the team
Skills
* Experience in a project management role, working within a retailer's eCommerce function
* Experience across multiple functional eCommerce areas (e.g. payments, delivery options, customer experience, content, merchandising, analytics, digital marketing, international, omnichannnel)
* Proven project management skills, across competencies such as project planning, risk/issue management and cost control. A level of programme management experience is advantageous
* Good understanding of software development lifecycle. Practical understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies advantageous
This is a permanent role based in London. The role will be paying up to £50,000 per annum.
