As Programme Manager you'll head up the delivery of business critical change to enable us achieve those all important strategic objectives. A natural leader, you'll be providing clear and consistent direction to stakeholders and project teams, identifying and managing risks proactively and resolving issues effectively.

You could be responsible for a portfolio of projects or a large and complex programme, so being adaptable is important, as is the ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels.

We know that programme and project delivery rarely runs smoothly, so you will be equally comfortable providing strategic direction and mentoring your delivery managers, or rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty to get the job done.

Essential skills/behaviours

We're a big business with big budgets and we'd like it if you could show us success of delivering technology projects in a similar size company. If you are from the world of betting and gaming then even better. It goes without saying, you'll have key project management qualifications and be super clued up with Agile methodology, we'd love you to be overly familiar with tools such as MS Project, JIRA and Trello.

And finally, you'll be super organised, used to ensuring that delivery dates a met and financial and quality targets are achieved. That's what programme management is all about after all.
