£34,000 + Pension + Holiday

Excellent role on offer for an experienced Production engineer looking to join a diverse, market leading organisation that is focused on offering its employees extensive training in a specialist industry, working within a highly skilled team where you can progress.

Do you have experience of electrical and mechanical assembly and wiring? Do you want to receive expert training?

This renowned, market leading company specialise in refrigerant gas monitoring equipment. They supply, install service and maintain a vast range of high end products for blue chip clients. They design, manufacture, project manage, install, commission and service/maintain for their clients.

The manufacturing arm of the business is expanding, and the company are looking for a Production engineer to oversee the workshop and help continue the growth.

In this role you will be required to manage a small assembly workshop, which involves the preparation of designs and information to enable manufacture and assembly. You will also undertake design of electrical and mechanical parts and products for assembly.

To be considered you must have a good electrical background with ability to undertake design of small electrical panels. Practical electrical/mechanical assembly skills are essential.

The role:

* Site based at Egham, Surrey. 37.5 hour working week Monday-Friday

* Assembly and modification of electrical panels

* Design of small electrical panels

* Managing small workshop

* Assist in product development, testing and prototype construction.

* £34,000 + Pension + Holiday

The person:

* Must have knowledge of electrical schematics/drawings

* Must have electrical and mechanical understanding

* Must live in commutable distance to Egham
