Job Title: Business Analyst
Daily Rate: UP to £350
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Manchester
The Role
We are currently recruiting for the several Business Analyst positions based in the Manchester area for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in the following areas:
Business Change
Business Analysis
Requirements gathering/management experience
Financial Services Experience
Stakeholder Management
The role itself will require the candidate should be locally based however candidate further away will be considered for the role.
Essential Experience
*In-depth experience of solution development, requirements management and process analysis on medium to large projects
*Specialist knowledge of business analysis and of industry best practice
*Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills, up to Function Leader level, being able to manage differing requirements across the business and manage any conflict
*Strong understanding of commercial, financial and legislative requirements
*Proven experience of business analysis within financial services
*Experience of leading business analyst teams of up to 2, and potentially larger cross functional teams, by way of matrix management
*Strong knowledge and experience of Business Analyst tools and techniques
*In depth knowledge and experience in the use of appropriate lifecycle methodologies
*Strong member/customer focus and ability to promote this same focus and culture across the wider team
*Thorough knowledge of project governance and risk management frameworks
*Strong focus on initiating and leading continuous improvement
*Strong level of planning and organising skills
*Good coaching skills
