Health and Safety Officer (Food)

£25,000 - £28,000 + training + excellent company benefits

Do you have experience working within a health and safety role for a manufacturing company? Are you looking to work for a global company in an autonomous role offering extensive training and further development?

On offer is a chance to work for an expanding company who will invest in your development through industry specific training and can offer opportunities for you to further progress within the group.

The company have several sites across the UK and are a well-respected manufacturer within their industry. You will be responsible for the development of health and safety systems and procedures whilst also carrying out risk assessments and internal auditing.

This is a days based position Monday-Friday offering training so it's not essential that you have worked within food manufacturing before.

This role would suit someone who has worked in a health and safety role for a manufacturing company and is looking for a new opportunity offering training and a varied job role.

The Role:

- Health and Safety Officer -food manufacturing

- Carry out internal audits and develop health and safety procedures.

- Mon-Fri role with lots of training and further progression available within group

The Person:

- Health and Safety background

- Manufacturing experience

- Ideally have an IOSH/NEEBOSH qualification
